CAREERS @ MYIDEAS: A PASSION FOR WORK WELL DONE

Careers at MyIdeas are for people who enjoy creative work with purpose. We are a marketing and communication agency in Lisbon, with more than 20 years of experience, and we care as much about how we work as about what we deliver.

What We Stand For

We believe in honest, useful communication.
We help our clients say what they actually do, prove what they say and leave out what they cannot yet prove, including when they talk about sustainability.
We hold ourselves to the same standard.

Life @MyIdeas

Careers at MyIdeas mean joining a small, close team where everyone’s work is visible and every idea is heard.
You will work on real projects from the start, learn alongside people with years of experience, and grow with the agency.

Our Ethos

We believe in the power of change, but only the kind we can stand behind.

For us, sustainability is not a slogan: it means making responsible choices in our projects and in how we work, and being honest about what is still to be done.

Your Impact

At MyIdeas, you will help create marketing strategies, brands, websites and campaigns for organisations in Portugal, Europe and Angola.
Every project is a chance to show that effective marketing and honest communication go hand in hand.

LET’S BUILD SOMETHING LASTING TOGETHER

INNOVATION AND CREATIVITY

Our careers are built on creativity, curiosity and new ideas. Here, a good idea matters more than who it comes from, and every voice is heard.

HONEST WORK

Work on projects where every claim is backed by evidence, in a company that talks about sustainability and works to live up to it. You will learn to say what is true, clearly and well.

TEAM WELL-BEING

Be part of a team built on respect, collaboration and a healthy balance between work and personal life. We share the challenges, celebrate the results and support each other along the way.
